"Wink and Relax" emerged from a deep commitment to customer service and the belief that meaningful connection extends beyond ordinary transactions. Ronda, recognizing the significance of physical connections in our human experiences led her to purse her education at The Cincinnati School of Medical Massage in 2017, followed by Aesthetic training two years later. After two botched chemical peels resulting in massive amounts of hyperpigmentation, subpar facial services, and disappointing lash experiences, she recognized the urgent need to elevate industry standards.
